Upon acceptance of any Order or Task by the employee, the pickup and delivery services or Task completion services (as the case may be) undertaken by him/her, shall constitute a separate contract for services between
Merchants/Buyers. The App is only providing a platform for communication and it is agreed that the contract for sale of any of the products or services shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the Merchant
and the Buyer.
For Improved Delivery , Customer Support and safety, This App collects your location data to enable Tracking module features for live tracking your vehicle so that proper update of your location can be shared with the
customers and admin when you are on a ride to pick up or drop off order even when the app is closed or not in use. BeSmart will use location in the background to track the vehicle and calculate the distance and
estimated duration for the arrival of the order If you only allow access to your location while you are using the app , some features may not work while this app is in background.
While we exert reasonable efforts to ensure correct and up-to-date information on this app and price of items in online store , BeSmart app makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. BeSmart APP assumes
no liability or responsibility for any typographical or other errors or omissions in the content on this mobile app.
If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or
within the mobile application.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile
application marketplace or network.
